Contacted them in 2014 to install a 15kw Sunpower SPR X21-335 black (45 panels) with 3 SMA SB5000TL-US-22 inverters. System looks great on the front of my house and provides all our energy needs for 10 out of 12 months of the year. Design was well thought out and documented. Installation was top notch. They were a little slow getting to my house to get the installation started, but they were clearly overwhelmed with the demand for residential solar systems at the time due to the State of CT Energize program. I would use them again.

Just completed the long drawn out process of solar licensing, installation and approval. For me this included installing a new roof since it didn’t make sense to have to replace my roof five or even ten years from now and then have the solar panels removed and reinstalled. There was great communication with Green Power Energy throughout this process and the reps were knowledgeable and supportive. One small glitch when the meter failed inspection but otherwise everything ran smoothly. I would recommend Green Power highly.

After dealing with many potential suppliers of solar systems we settled on Premier Improvements for our System. Adam and Brian have been excellent to deal with providing timely advice and keeping me aware of any issues that might occur. I was told my solar would be activated in July. It is now the last day of August and I can’t get anyone on the phone. I got my netting meter a week ago. Yesterday at 11:30 am I left my number to have someone call me back. It is the next day at 12:45 pm and haven’t heard a word. I have been on hold for 40 mins now. Even replied to a previous text and still nothing. Not looking forward to dealing with this company for the next 20 years!!!!
