3 Guys Solar, LLC provides comprehensive labor/workmanship warranty for your entire system for a period of 20 years from the date of equipment installation. 3GS also provides a limited roof warranty against defects or leaks related to our installation for a period of 20 years from date of installation. Roof warranty covers all labor and materials required in repairing any roof leaks but is not responsible for damage outside the solar array or within the structure.

Justin is the real deal. He is not a fly by night operation. He’s been in the business for years and is very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions fully, with no bull. We met with four additional companies and were fed alot of misinformation. Going with Freedom was an easy decision and we haven’t regretted it. Justin takes care of his clients and is passionate about what he does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Freedom, and we love having a $27.60 electric bill (standard fees and street light).

The solar installation went very well. The company handled everything very cleanly, including the permitting process. The entire Involt Staff was very helpful and responded to questions in a timely manner. Only problem revolved around the capability of the Inverter that was to be provided. The initial product could not be provided due to a non-working feature and certain building code requirements. The result was the system that was installed could nt be used at all during local grid power outages. The originally proposed Inverter would provide that capability but due to reasons beyond InVolt’s control had to be replaced with an Inverter that does not have capability. Everythig else was above our expectations.
Our old Fafco solar pool heater panels were in rough shape. I called Solar Direct to have them replaced with Vortex panels. We couldn’t be happier. Kelly handled everything from the office like a superstar. She answered all of my questions and was a joy to speak with over the phone. On install day the guys showed up on time, were very professional and had the new panels installed in no time at all. Thanks again Solar Direct.

This is the worst company, do not allow them to take your money like they did mine. They promise you a lower bill but they did not deliver. I worked with them for over a year and they have not deliver what they promised. They tired to short me a panel and offered a gas powered generator in its place. They refuse to come back to Tallahassee to address my concerns. Well, I guess my concerns don’t concern them as my bill is paid in full. I took the money out of my 401K to pay them and its just like I threw the money in the trash. If I could give a lower or minus rating I would.
Do not be fooled like I was, look for a better company
An initial issue I had was resolved fairly and I am satisfied with the service. There are many details to follow and they will go over them with you. If anything is unclear, they will explain it to you.

I had a representative come out and explain to me my options on going solar. I couldn’t pass up a deal with no money down and a 25-year full warranty on the system! Everyone in the office has been very helpful and walked me through each step while waiting for my system to be fully running. The company even provided me with an app to help me monitor my system in the conveyance of my own home. I’m super happy with the work they did and happy I went Solar!!!
