The sales person was the most knowledgeable sales person we met out of all of the companies we talked to – which gave us confidence in the company. The install crew was AWESOME!! They were respectful and kept a clean job site. After going live we had a couple of questions and the office crew was super responsive- even after we had paid. This is a company from beginning to end that is committed to helping people go solar.

The guys at Energy Monster did a great job. They were polite, professional, and answered all my questions and concerns. They took care of a needed carpentry job in the attic, a knee wall, at no extra charge, as well as the building permits, and provided the documents needed to get the state and federal tax breaks. The whole process took longer than I expected, but a big part was waiting for Eversource to connect my system to the grid. But all in all, it was a great experience.
