Oe went out of their way to help in this installation. First they rescheduled the estimate visit to meet my timeline. Second they sent the estimate on the weekend and sent the technician early in the week. Small difficulties in the process were handled easily.

Workmanship Warranty
CONTRACTOR offers a limited installation services warranty for any defects in the work carried out by its qualified installers when installing a solar system at a residential premise (“workmanship warranty”). This warranty applies to the residential customer named in the solar system installation agreement entered into with CONTRACTOR from the date of completion of the installation. This warranty is non-transferable. Workmanship Warranty covers any defects that arise from the Workmanship in installing solar panels and solar inverters at the premises specified in the solar system installation Agreement. It does not cover the system or any of its components, including the performance of the panels or the inverter (which may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties and under law).

Hesitant is the word that describes me getting into Solar Energy. I do a lot of things myself and even thought that this was maybe worth doing myself. For about 10 years, the scams and rip offs have held me back until I found Energy Sage which lead me to Sun Power by Positive Energy. The contributions of assistance in just about every single thing offered by Energy Sage got me to decide to go ahead which lead me to my Sun Power by Positive Energy and I found a good one. A very, very good one. The inspections alone would topple an elephant especially if you had no experience. and in each and every stage, I met some of the best folks you could have ever hoped to meet. I heard myself making comments like these folks should write a book on how to “DO IT RIGHT”. We all hope to contract a person where we have a preconceived image of what we WISH for in a contractor and usually have to settle for something much much less. If you were ever a part of something where everyone and everything worked as it should then you will recognize it when you see it again. I am extremely delighted to Recommend Energy Sage and Sun Power by Positive Energy and I do not ever write reviews. This was more than warranted.

Dominic was great to work with. We wanted a patio built with solar panels as the roof. He worked with us to find a builder for the patio. He was with us every step of the way, moving the project forward with builder, permitting, and everything in between. He was always available to answer questions, even if I’d already asked them before.

Recently, we had twelve solar panels installed on our home by Affordable Solar. The salesman, Troy McGee, was very knowledgeable and answered all or our questions. We were also interested in getting Powerwall batteries installed. Troy explained that these batteries are running behind in delivery and that now might not be a good time to install them anyways since a newer more capable version will be coming out soon and more options may be available from other manufactures as well in a year’s time. He recommended waiting a year and we followed his advice and will be contacting Affordable Solar next year about getting batteries and will be happy to work with them again. The project manager assigned to our case, Annie Montoya, was very easy to work with and kept us promptly informed about all stages of our projects. The installers were also very professional and did the work in a timely manner with a minimum of fuss. We have been very pleased with our system since, especially the Enphase app that we can use from our computer or smart phone to monitor individual panel performance as well as the aggregate electrical generation.
