I had my solar panels installed just over 4 years ago though Ace. Since then, they have had to replace Solar Edge inverter FOUR times. They have mysteriously “died” due to hardware and software issues im told. Each time it dies, my entire solar system is down for about 2 months till its replaced. I lose all credits with the electric company, SRECs, and still have to pay the loan and my electric bill. In the time ive owned my panels, they have been “broken” for ~10 months total. I have called their office countless times with promises of a call back with an answer that day or the next, which never happens. If i dont call them for an update, I dont get one. At this point I have been waiting for the fourth replacement inverter for over 3 months.
