My installation, a 36 panel, 8.5 kw on my shop roof, was completed in June of 2011. A problem was discovered shortly after completion that involved a defect in a couple of inverters. They replaced all of the inverters at that time. In the nearly 9 years a small, intermittent glitch occurred which was quickly resolved at no charge to me. This installation has performed better than expected and my power bill has been negligible every month. It paid for itself in 6.5 years and was one of the best investments I ever made!

We selected American Array Solar based upon our confidence in their offerings, value in the products provided and a competitive price. Everything is now installed and operational. We are very satisfied with the support and installation. Lorena provided sales and support. She was very responsive, clear in answers and listens well. Omar was receptive to design considerations. Fernando and his team were exceptional to work with on the installation. He and his team spent extra time to achieve special routing for the electrical. In summary, we are very pleased with both the Panasonic/Enphase solution and warranty, support and service from the American Array Solar team and the overall value of the solution.
