Contractor’s Statement of Warranty: The warranty related to labor from Contractor’s Work on the installation of the System is intended to cover
defects in materials or workmanship that arise within (25) Twenty-Five years of completion of the Work. This obligation is in lieu of any warranty or other obligations expressed or implied. All factory or manufacturer warranties are the responsibility of manufacturer and shall be transferred to Purchaser upon Work completion. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Contractor has made no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition or functions of the System. Purchaser has not relied on any
representations or warranties other than those expressly contained within this Agreement.
(III). Installer’s Statement of Warranty: The warranty requirements for the Installation Company will be as follows, and the Installation Company will provide a full labor warranty, including any and all installation-related malfunction(s), for the entire System for (25) years from the date of Installation.

Dan Weier has been great. The panels aren’t installed yet but should be installed soon. I’m so looking forward to generating my own electricity! I’ll be using 25 Panasonic 330W panels, 25 Enphase IQ7 Microinvertors. My longest delay so far has been replacing the roof. I have a 15 year 2.99% loan.

Like most other modern technology it is great when it works but a pain when it doesn’t.
Freedom was able to get it sorted out for which I’m thankful they did work hard. It took longer then I wanted but that was not anything that could be controlled since the job required getting new equipment/ parts.
I’m thankful for Luke and his putting up with and working with me!

Jeff is a perfectionist and when we asked for a proposal, his was the best for us. It was his attention to detail and relentless customer service that impressed us the most. He explained CPS policy (rebates, etc.) and various configuration options which made the decision process easy. We asked that he include a battery back up option which he integrated into the system. Bottom line: Jeff designed and installed a system specifically to meet our current needs and flexible enough for our future (swim spa and electric car). I couldn’t be happier with Jeff’s professionalism and the system he installed on my home.

Erus energy destroyed two fuses and a transformer when turning off and on my power, including a ceiling fan. The repairman from Erus took two weeks just to figure out what was wrong with my ceiling fan telling me constantly “I don’t know.” Soon after I notice that my A/C is having issues.
