My installation, a 36 panel, 8.5 kw on my shop roof, was completed in June of 2011. A problem was discovered shortly after completion that involved a defect in a couple of inverters. They replaced all of the inverters at that time. In the nearly 9 years a small, intermittent glitch occurred which was quickly resolved at no charge to me. This installation has performed better than expected and my power bill has been negligible every month. It paid for itself in 6.5 years and was one of the best investments I ever made!

It took us about 3 years to finally go solar. After going back and forth between a few companies we finally decided to choose Solar Price Discovery. There were significant differences in price and the warranty that they provided, and they were the only company that was able to explain everything clearly. Their customer service was outstanding throughout the project and installation went smoothly. If you are interested in solar, I would definitely recommend giving them a call, especially if you want to know what you are getting.

Sales consultant – Jeremey was great. OC Solar is extremely efficient in communicating with you – available to answer all questions by phone/text/email. Instead of relying on phone or virtual appts, the property is evaluated using satellite resources + history of electrical bills and quote is provided immediately. No unnecessary sales pitch, right to the point.
Execution of work: I did not get a weekly update as explained in the beginning. However, my job was on a smaller scale and the contract began in Dec 2020 during COVID pandemic. Replies to my inquiries were prompt. Had issues with the existing type of roof tiles that required added roofing work. Again, handled well between Ashton (proj manager) & Jeremey. All the workers were professional and courteous.
Result: Panels look great. My options were Panasonic vs LG panels. OC Solar certainly helped me with my decision making. My friends were happy with their post-installation service.
